We will take reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available for your use and functions correctly, however, Ashford Press cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times, or that it will always function as expected.
Delivery times normally match the delivery option you select during order placement, but in some circumstances carriers may take longer than expected to make deliveries, this is beyond our control.
All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by Ashford Press. Despatch times may vary due to availability and any indications made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and are on the basis that
Ashford Press are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to force majeure or postal delays. By making paying for an order you are offering to purchase a product which Ashford Press will accept to sell to you on the
basis of the Terms and Conditions contained in this document. Ashford Press is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by you.
Refund & Payments Policy
We will charge you the correct price according to our published price list. You are responsible for paying us for the service that you order. If your credit/debit card payment fails in any way you agree to pay us on demand. Once you have
approved your proof, and paid for your order, it will go straight into production, so Ashford Press are unable to cancel the order and refund your money. Ashford Press produces and sends your mailing so quickly, there is not an opportunity
to cancel your mailing. To this extent no refund is available. We will provide print and paper quality appropriate to the purpose for which it is used. The paper type and weight may vary without prior warning or consent. In the event
that Ashford Press are unable to send your mailing for some reason, Ashford Press will let you know promptly.
You are responsible for the content of your mailing and for the data used to send your mailing and Ashford Press accept no liability whatsoever for that content or data. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your mailing
and data and Ashford Press are not obliged to check the content of your mailing and data. We accept no liability if your content or data breach third party intellectual property rights. Ashford Press reserve the right to cancel any
mailing, at our sole discretion if Ashford Press believe the content to be in any way illegal, harmful, offensive, inappropriate or detrimental. Ashford Press reserve the right to remove your account, at our sole discretion if Ashford
Press believe that the account is being used for illegal, harmful, offensive, inappropriate or detrimental purposes.
We accept no responsibility or liability for any breach of our commitments under this agreement that results from a situation beyond our reasonable control. If your mailing is incorrect, and it is beyond doubt reasonable to conclude that
it is our fault, Ashford Press will reprint and re-mail it for you at no cost. Any liability Ashford Press do incur shall be for direct financial loss only.
The VAT charge is currently applied on all Ashford Press orders regardless of your business location or the location you are sending your mail. Ashford Press are unable to remove or refund any VAT charges, so please be aware that if ordering
from outside of the UK or Europe, your net price will be at a higher level since you will not be able to reclaim VAT as businesses in the UK and Europe can. Ashford Press are based in England, and this website and the service Ashford
Press provide are subject to English law and the English courts. Ashford Press accept no other jurisdiction and your use of our service confirms your agreement to this. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
